Starting January 1st 2021 we are updating our support procedure to better cope with increased activity and offer predicable response times.

containing the following:

  • Description of the problem or suggestion.
  • Your account name (company) and a shipment number where we can observe the problem
  • Enough information so we can reproduce the issue on our own
  • Screenshots are always helpful, or even a quick photo of the screen

The email address above is integrated directly with our project management software and offers the easiest and quickest way of solving issues.
