You can create accounts for couriers from Company/Employees – Add, where you can fill the name and information of each employee. A user name will be automatically created for each employee. The user’s password can be set from the Company/Users menu: click on Change button and then replace the existing password with the chosen password. You can also access the user page directly for the employee page:

From that page you can also add to the access rights for this user, by clicking on the “Edit” link from the “Personal rights” section. Each user has all the rights of the group he is in (“courier” by default for your employees), plus all the rights you set specifically for this user.
